I never really drank Tang; Kool Aid and Orange drink seemed to be on the menu enough.

Today was a long day, this is what I saw as I left the house to catch my bus in. Very close to what I saw on the way home too, except the moon was rising in the East instead of setting in the West. Babel at the Film Festival with Aaron this weekend, so […]

I had to play with curves to get this grey building looking better. A lot like how I’d like to play with Jen’s curves! Hey-yooo!

It’s a sad day when your favourite pic is a total accident, but I can feel the panic and struggle Aaron is putting up against the hopeless onslaught of a crazed photographer. Goal: joint pics Mission: *Accomplished*

Kari’s back from the Yukon, horay!

I took this shot in yorkville, so I’m pretty sure they worked hard to scrape what they could of this off the rock as soon as it came up. I love installation art, and I can’t even guess as to what the completed piece was, the colours, the layout, even though it’s a few tiles […]

The town of Weston has a tonne of historic landmarks. Sadly, a lot of it has become rundown, and the railway tracks, in addition to a rash of large appartment buildings has separated the once independent community. This war memorial, for the people of Weston who fell in the great wars, is in a small […]

Really I’m not sure if I can convey this “piece of wall” into a face, but the big teeth and small eyes just remind me of Totoro.

My cousin emily used to take a lot of photo’s. She’s not really into in anymore as far as I can tell which is too bad, it’d give us a chance to hang out more.

No, Aaron’s face is not pasted on.

Oh Dan, when will you realize that not all peppers are for eating…

Cookies are great. When I first moved out on my own I decided to buy two bags of those rainbow cookies; they were on sale at the time. And I ate those with milk and felt great. But then I couldn’t get to sleep anymore and I realized that late night snacks of sugar probably […]

Clearcutting is a huge problem the world over, more disturbing is the fact that Ontario *used to* (emphasis added)have more trees than BC. We cut everything down we can so we can water our big lawns. But now we’re out of water so our lawns are dying. **Your lawns**; I got rid of mine last […]

It’s not as hard to get a pint of Guiness as it used to be. What is hard is seeing the head decorated like it *should* be.

I figured I’d share with you what I see every day, twice a day. This bunker-like substructure lays under Lawrence avenue at Yonge street. I think we should build more things underground for effeciency; like the subway, but more.

I don’t know how many stoves still mark their burners, but with all the ambient heat stoves and gas and ways to cook of the *FUTURE*, I don’t know if something like this will be around for much longer.

We went out for Moira’s friend Christie’s birthday on Sunday, the Brazillian Barbeque basically had a main course of mean, with sides of meat. Brought to us on skewers, very little effort was require to devour several animals in minutes. Christies father, pictured.

I always get nervous when I walk on the tracks, and it’s not just because it’s private property. It may have something to do with a WilEy Coyote esque nothing down the road but it’ll come and hit me the second I step on it feel.

this one’s part of a closed down donut-diner, it’s like “yeah fuck this place, let’s break it’s windows”

This pic came as a result of taking the longes walk of the year. There’s always been this hill between Dufferin and Keele that seemed sketchy to me. With good cause too, I think it’s the type of place I’d go if my car was stolen. Or if I needed a stolen car.

I always said that if I took pictures of industrial garbage, added some tint and sharpened them I’d have an Attila-like shot. I’m obviously pretty ignorant.

It’s a table. There was another companion side-table as well, but I didn’t want to wake it.

These locks have been up in the park around from my house since school let out for summer. Obviously some defiant stance against institutionalism and how some feel trapped, or even locked in a system. Not me though, I’m cheap; I would have kept the locks.

Moira pointed out to me that this kind of looked like Isengard. Not that she knew it was called Isengard, but I do.
